Mr. John Cullen, along with Jason Goodman, are developing another analysis and model of events centered on the Trump Rally of July 13, 2024 in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The Interview of John Cullen Regarding the Snipers of J13
Their emerging hypothesis, based heavily on the recently-released video by Dave Stewart, speculates the existence of a shooter located inside the ground level of the AGR Building No. 6, roughly aligned with Mr. Crooks atop the roof.
THE PLAN CONJECTURED BY JOHN CULLEN INVOLVING NEUTRALIZATION OF COUNTER-SNIPERS
The shooter located inside the building used low velocity (e.g., 900-foot per second) ammunition with sound and flash supression, thus not “snick” sound at Mr. Trump’s microphone and no muzzle report, enhanced further in suppression by its origin in a building. Mr. Cullen conjectures that this sniper fired before the tell-tale three round cluster heard at Mr. Trump’s microphone and the purpose of the former shots were to eliminate the two Secret Service (SS) shooters atop the building to Mr. Trump’s left and rear. One or more snipers are hypothesized to be in the trees and firing at the two SS shooters atop the building to Mr. Trump’s right and rear. These intended, relatively unnoticed, neutralizations of the SS counter-snipers would have, according to Mr. Cullen’s hypothesis, afforded Mr. Crooks the oportunity to emerge from his location concealed by the crest of the roof of AGR Building 6 and take the careful shot or shots needed to assassinate Mr. Trump using the high-velocity 0.223 rounds from the AR-15 rifle with their detectable shock wave and muzzle blast sounds.
Also presumed was the existence of snipers concealed in the tree-rich area to Mr. Trump’s right and rear. It is from here that, again, it is speculated that shots were fired at the SS counter-snipers atop the building behind Mr. Trump. Mr. Cullen points out in a time-coordinated video the snipers flinching and re-orienting seemingly toward their right to return counter fire.
UNCOOPERATIVE WINDS FOILED THE SNIPERS’ PLAN LEAVING AN INJUDICIOUS CROOKS DEAD BEFORE FIRING A SHOT
Foiling the plans of the perpetrators was the presence of a 12-mile per hour wind made turbulent by the existence of constructions and equipment such as the jumbotron, bleachers, trees and other objects (this would seem to suggest ill-prepared perpetrating snipers). This left the so-called “kill box” (a term of sniping art) still potentially protected by the SS counter snipers, if not others not yet known. Mr. Cullen continues to conjecture that perhaps Mr. Crooks, confused by the sequences of occurences, injudiciously popped his head above the crest of the roof and was quickly dispatched by a sniper’s bullet.
THE NEUROBIOLOGY OF COLLAPSING VERSUS CROUCHING FROM A BULLET WOUND
Mr. Cullen’s and Mr. Goodman’s model of events places, besides Mr. David Dutch, 57, and James Copenhaver, 74, an unidentified presumed victim in the same set of bleachers, but further to the aforementioned victims’ right. Video shows the speculated victim to collapse coincident with one of the audible shots. Indeed, this unidentified individual appears to collapse according to gravity—perhaps as the result of the ballistic impact with, possibly—spinal reflexes involved. This man’s fellow attendees appear to react with much slower crouching behavior initiated and mediated by centers in the brain that responded to the muzzle blasts and then propagated via a more time-consuming route down to spinal centers controlling posture. If this man was, indeed, shot, this afixes a second direction of fire besides AGR Building 6. It is imperative that this man be identified and his injury established in detail, otherwise he must be ruled out as a victim. This is incalculably important in the understanding of the possibility of conspiracy to assassinate the former President and now candidate Trump.

Consider this video reportedly filmed by James Copenhaver released today which, if interpretations are correct, shows Crooks being killed before reports from bullets from an AR-15 audibly pass Mr. Trump’s microphone. Thus, multiple shooters and a conspiracy, a complex one, is established. I found the video at the Twitter account, “I_Am_JohnCullen.

QUESTIONS ABOUT MR. TRUMP’S WOUND
There is a great misunderstanding and contradictory speculations regarding the existence or exact details of the wound to Mr. Trump’s ear, the flow of blood down his face during his near-horizintal, genuflected posture and the extremely rapid and apparently nearly complete healing of the wound. It would benefit the necessity for veerified facts relevant to this crime and it would benefit the Trump campaign greatly if close-up photographs of Mr. Trump’s ear while being treated at the hospital in Butler, Pennsylvania, as well as progression to healing were released. Hopefully, these exist. Someone would be remiss if these were not.
MINOR CRITIQUE OF CULLEN PRESENTATION LINKED ABOVE
If the Doug Mills photograph is a reliable representation of the passage of a bullet, or its vapor trail, past the head of Mr. Trump, then the second bullet of that package of three, audible shots could not have contacted Mr. Trump’s ear. If it was that bullet that was responsible for the damage to Mr. Trump’s ear, then I will await for ballistic and forensic specialists to shed light on whether, perhaps, a shock wave from such ammunition could have caused Mr. Trump’s injury.
