Why do, even intelligent, people not get the obvious? Cultures are different. And cultures are different because people are different.
It seems that my fellow academics have been most brainwashed concerning this topic.
People are different because their biology is different. An expression--an important one--of human biology, like the biology of all animals, is how their nervous systems characteristically function in producing behavior. Nervous systems work differently because of genetic influences. Before you ask for me to prove this, if you are so inclined, perhaps you could tell me what form evidence you would consider sufficient for the purpose of addressing your question.
Also, did you appreciate what I said regarding influences? This is not about genetic determinism. It is, to emphasize, about genetic influence. When you are dealing with very large numbers in an identifiable population, the influence of differentially expressed biological factors--even subtle ones--can have a profound effect on the population vis-à-vis other, distinguishable populations.
I did not make up this reality of biology.
If you fuss over strains of seeds for your tomato plants, or breeds of dogs and horses, then why would you not think that genetics could have an effect upon something as beautifully complex and subtle as the human brain?
This is certainly not to disparage people, races or ethnic groups.
People are who they are. Differences are good, right? We are reminded of this as if were something contestable.
That there are differences between people, that those differences are genetically discernable, and that those differences are good are all accepted. What many people wisely recognize is that different ethnic populations do not need to be mixed on massive scales. This should be trivially obvious in the same way that a good cook does not mix otherwise tasty flavors and dishes in one bowl before serving to the diners.
It is vital to apprehend that ethnic groups have the best potential for developing as individuals and as a group of people when permitted to grow, reproduce, problem solve and advance within a common culture of their own, according to their innate talents and preferred patterns of living.
This would necessarily mean rejecting the Kalergi Plan. If you are unfamiliar with that plan, please do consider researching it. I assure you that you are likely to find the topic intriguing.
Much of the difficulties withing nations and within ethnic groups occur because of the forced and artificially-contrived collision of ethnic and racial groups.
It is time to end this destructive policy.
